🌿 Landscaping Services Price List

1. Bi-Weekly Lawn Cuts

  • Small lot (under 3,000 sq ft): $35–$45 per visit

  • Medium lot (3,000–6,000 sq ft): $45–$60 per visit

  • Large lot (6,000+ sq ft): $60–$85 per visit

Includes mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing off hard surfaces.

2. One-Time Lawn Cut

  • Overgrown surcharge (if applicable): +$15–$30

  • Pricing similar to bi-weekly cut but with extra fees if overgrown

3. Spring Clean-Up

  • Small yard: $150–$250

  • Medium yard: $250–$400

  • Large yard or extensive work: $400–$650+

Includes leaf/debris removal, bed clean-up, first mow, edging, etc.

4. Fertilizing

  • Standard application (per 5,000 sq ft): $45–$65

  • Annual plan (4–5 visits): $180–$300

Using granular slow-release fertilizer; weed control extra.

5. Aeration

  • Small yard: $60–$80

  • Medium yard: $80–$100

  • Large yard: $100–$150

Optional add-ons: overseeding for +$30–$50.

6. Power Raking / Dethatching

  • Small yard: $100–$130

  • Medium yard: $130–$160

  • Large yard: $160–$200+

Often done early spring to remove thatch and allow better growth.

📦 Bundled Packages (Optional Idea)

  • Spring Boost Package: $275–$400
    (Spring cleanup + aeration +power raking + fertilizing)
